Edelrid Attila
The Edelrid Attila is a classic ice tool with a technical design, that makes it perfect for classic mountaineering.
With a hardened steel pick that is easily placable in the ice, the Edelrid Attila comes with a wide adze that makes for efficient step cutting. The ice axe itself has a slightly curved tubular aluminium shaft, which makes light work of alpine terrain. Edelrid have shaved weight off the tool by adding air holes to the axe and the ergonomically-shaped blade is great for smooth plunging on the uphill.
There is a centroid marking on the shaft for T-anchor build up and lastly, the hardened steel spike has an opening for accommodating a carabiner. This is an ideal tool to take on classic alpine routes.
