Blue Ice Harfang Enduro Crampon
The Blue Ice Harfang Enduro is a mountaineering and ski touring pair of crampons with an exceptionally compact and lightweight design.
This patented concept design by Blue Ice is based on a central textile strap that connects the front and back sections and allows it to mount in a suitable position based on the application or geometry of your boots. Capable of accommodating a wide range of boot sizes. The flexible strap connecting the system reduces bulk and offers superior compactness while providing remarkable precision and comfort.
Made from Chromoly steel throughout rather than a mixture of Aluminium and steel like the award-winning, superlight Harfang. This makes for a more durable but heavier crampon.
A simple micro adjustment dial on the heel pivot allows you to fine-tune the crampon on the boot. Because of the interchangeable front toe bails, the Harfang Enduro can be easily fitted to mountaineering boots (B3) with a front and rear toe welt or ski boots. Watch the video below to learn how to swap these out.
Supplied with a tidy compact storage bag which can neatly be carried on your harness for quick access when crossing mixed terrain. Or safely stored in your rucksacks.
Uses: mountaineering, ski touring, winter fell walking.
