Origin Story:
This coffee was curated through a relationship set up with the team at Cofinet that allows us to have a direct connection to the producing farms. We are incredibly proud to be working with the farmers of the Popayán and Cauca to bring you this blend of high quality Colombian coffee. The farms that grow this coffee are sheltered by the Andes Mountains. They grow the coffee in volcanic ash soil which gives it a very unique flavor profile. The Popayán Reserve project allows these farmers to focus on the quality of the coffee they produce by paying a 20% premium to support the farmers and their families!
Roast Story:
This roast profile was selected for Popayán because we felt that it truly serviced the sweet and well-balanced qualities of the coffee. We specifically crafted this roast to highlight the silky smooth and juicy tasting notes, giving you the perfect sip of coffee all day long.
