Origin Story:Â
Our search for decaf coffee started out early in Alma Coffee’s history. We explored what decaffeinating our own coffee would look like, but sadly the best options we could find included decaffeinating entire containers (more than 40,000 pounds) at a time and shipping these containers to other countries to do so. With our focus on always having the freshest coffee from our family farms, we knew the lead times, extended transits, and sheer volume was not in line with our ideal business practices and would result in a less-than-extraordinary cup.

We roast this coffee to be a dark yet smooth cup that will satisfy even the non-decaf crowd.Â
