Edelrid Via Ferrata Belay Kit 15m
The Edelrid Via Ferrata Belay Kit has been designed to increase safety when belaying less experienced climbers, or children, up difficult sections of via ferrata.
It is well known that even with the best shock absorbers, falling off on steep sections of via ferrata can be dangerous. The Via Ferrata Belay Kit allows the ‘lead’ climber to belay another climber up steep or technical sections using a 15m length of dynamic rope with an in built auto-locking belay device, with as much safety and efficiency as possible. The rope storage sack means that the rope will not hang down the rock and interfere with the second, as well as allowing the leader to feed out rope to themselves (although please note this kit is in no way intended to protect the leader).
