La Sportiva TX4 Mid GTX
The La Sportiva TX4 Mid GTX is a lightweight mid-cut protective boot with soft cut leather uppers. The Gore-Tex membrane lining provides this technical approach boot with excellent waterproof protection and breathability along with additional comfort and support. Derived from the traverse X approach series, the TX4 Mid is designed primarily for technical approach routes, via ferrata and hiking making it an ideal choice for hikers, climbers and mountain lovers alike.
Stability is increased on traverse routes due to the STB Control System which allows the upper to fully wrap around the midsole in the medial zone. This also has the additional advantage of providing an increased comfort level and precise fit. The PU Techlite rand and protective rubber top cap make the TX4 Mid GTX highly abrasion resistant and lightweight while the Vibram MegaGrip sole, with climbing zone at the toe and Impact Brake System at the rear, is designed for everything from rocky scrambles and easy climbs to muddy approaches.
