Peak Chalk Chunky Chalk
300g of high quality chunky chalk from environmentally considerate Peak Chalk, a Sheffield based company with the slogan “More climbing, less mining” with a goal to provide chalk to climbers with reduced environmental impacts.
Starting at the source, Peak Chalk is from France, and the chalk supplied is very high quality and has no drying agents added. High quality chalk means less is required to keep your hands dry, so it lasts longer in use, and ultimately needs less to begin with.
Being from France the impacts of transportation are reduced compared to say China, where a large amount of chalk is sourced. The transportation of the packaging has also been considered and it is designed, produced and printed in the UK. The packing itself is made mostly from sustainably grown eucalyptus trees which provides great protection and storage for the chalk, but when no longer required can be home composted.
